Why did you choose veterinary medicine?

"I chose veterinary medicine because I have always loved animals and I am also very passionate about the science of veterinary medicine. I realized at a very young age that I wanted to be an advocate and a voice for all creatures that we share the earth with that cannot speak for themselves. They deserve to have their voice heard and, in this job, I have the opportunity to be that voice."

What do you love about your job at DSAH?

"I love so many aspects of my job, including getting to meet everyone’s pets and seeing firsthand how they positively impact their families’ lives. I also love being able to educate clients on their furry friends' needs, and at the end of the day, I get to work with the most amazing people that have become my family and share the same passion for animals as me."

Tell me about your pets:

"I have a little boy Boston Terrier named Harley who is 8 years old and the laziest dog I have ever met. I once saw him fall asleep on the porch on his way to the yard, because walking the whole distance is too much work. I also have a 9-year-old mutt named Titan that loves to go swimming in the river, but water in the bathtub is very scary. And last but not least, I have a 9-year-old kitty named Hercules. He is the loving overlord of the two dogs and rules with a firm, but fair paw."
